Helpers are the front line of the community. They assist players, answer questions, report issues, and help keep the server friendly and fun. This role is volunteer-based and focused on learning moderation skills and supporting the staff team. After a period of activity, good conduct, and proven reliability, Helpers may be considered for promotion to Moderator.
